at wagamama we don't usually take bookings, but
seeing as it's you we'd be delighted to help out.

parties of six or more can now book ahead, so
whatever the occasion we'll do our best to fit
you all in

booking is easy,

we'll see if your date is available and confirm
there and then


terms and conditions

cancellations - we require at least 24 hours notice in writing if you need to cancel your booking

notice - if your party's proving popular and your numbers are swelling, or you've lost a few friends along the way please give us at least 24 hours notice.

please note: any increase in guest numbers is subject to availability

menu - we can cater for guests with different dietary requirements, please speak to the team for further information and menu options

exclusions - all guests must order food. we do not cater for drinks only

restrictions - no food/beverages except those supplied by wagamama are permitted to be consumed on the premises (if you want to bring along a birthday cake please let your restaurant know at least 24 hours in advance)

payment terms - we accept all major credit cards, cash and cheques

damages - wagamama reserves the right to make charges for any damages/losses however caused. the authorising signatory of the big booking will be responsible for the actions and behaviour of all members of the group

timing - if you're going to be late please call ahead and let us know. if you're more than 15 minutes late of your booking time and haven't warned us we'll have to give your table to other hungry guests.

and finally... whatever the occasion we'll do everything we can to make your big booking as enjoyable as possible. throwing a party? feel free to bring decorations…just let the branch know beforehand and please leave the silly string at home
